Kevin has been working in the social housing and community regeneration sector for the last 18 years, and is fully committed to enhancing the influence and involvement of Wolverhampton Homes’ tenants in matters that affect them in the context of their homes and surrounding community.

Kevin is chair of the Resources Committee.

Dr Peter Knight

Peter is retired from his post as Vice-Chancellor at the University of Central England and joined the Board in 2007.

He was previously a board member of the Prime Focus Group and has acted for the Housing Corporation as a Statutory Appointee. Since 2010 he has been a Local Government Boundary Commissioner and also serves as the chair of the Prison Service Pay Review Body.

Steve Finegan

Steve has worked in social housing for over 15 years. Previously Head of Service at Northwards Housing, he now works with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest.
He is committed to the provision of good quality affordable social housing, dedicated to the delivery of high quality public services and to championing the needs of more vulnerable members of society by tackling inequality and injustice.
Steve is interim Vice Chair of the Board and also Chair of our Audit and Service Delivery Committee.
