LEAP is our Learning, Employment and Achievement Pathway. It offers a boost to your skills and support you in gaining employment through tailored 121 support from a dedicated Employment Coach and is open to our tenants including their immediate family who live with them.
What joining LEAP will give you:

- employability support; job search assistance including job matching, CV and application support, interview techniques and preparation,

The role of the Employment Coach has been designed to meet your individual employability needs, as part of helping you in the long-term with tenancy sustainment and personal wellbeing.
Although its aim is predominantly supporting you into sustainable employment, we also understand that some people will be not be ready for work, so your dedicated Employment Coach will work with you to build a personal plan providing comprehensive and specialist support towards preparing and upskilling you for the job market, building your confidence and understanding your individual requirements, whilst working at a pace to suit you.
LEAP has helped more than 100 tenants get permanent jobs, given over 105 tenants apprenticeships and helped over 205 tenants get valuable work experience.
