On 27 November, we will launch our upgraded My Account online platform via our new customer app. The new system will be your one touch solution to managing your repairs appointments, keeping on top of your rent, reviewing your data and is a great way to stay connected.
All services within My Account will be offline and unavailable from Friday 24 November at 5pm until Monday 27 November.
There will be temporary changes to when you can bid for properties:
- For one week, the period you can bid for homes will be shorter. Bidding will open at 5pm on Tuesday 21 November and will close on Friday 24 November at 5pm.
- The bidding system will remain offline for the whole of the following week. You will not be able to make bids on any properties during this period. Bidding will reopen on Tuesday 5 December at 5pm, running as usual until Monday 11 December at 10am.
